Add one scoop to 8–10 oz of hot water or your favourite milk (oat, almond, regular — all work great). Stir or froth until smooth. That's it. Some people blend it iced too, totally up to you.

Yes — Lavendr contains 100mg of coffee extract, which delivers about 45mg of caffeine per serving. That's roughly half a regular cup of coffee. If you're sensitive or cutting back, treat it like your morning cup and adjust your other caffeinated drinks accordingly.
